• Eligibility:  Contest is open to current San Francisco and Los Angeles residents.  

 

• How to win:  Between the contest period, Sky Link will give away total 20 pairs of tickets for春嬌救志明, Love off the cuff.  Each winner will received total 2 voucher. One voucher is good for exchange for one movie ticket at the box office.

 

• Prize delivery: Winners will be notified via email. Tickets will be mailed to the winners before 5/2/2017. 

 

• Prize Details: Two (2) movie vouchers for 春嬌救志明, Love off the cuff.  Winner can use the voucher to exchange movie ticket at the box office. The voucher is valid for Monday – Thursday only.  The vouchers can only be used in the following theaters:

• LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  By entering the contest, participant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. • Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States Federal and State law. (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Federal and State of California.

 

• Miscellaneous:  Sky Link TV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or modify, terminate or suspend this contest should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination of the Promotion, Sky Link TV may, at its discretion, select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.
