ENTRY RULES 參賽規則

Each applicant can submit up to 2 entries

每位參賽者最多呈交2首參賽作品

 

Each piece is no longer than 1 minute

每首作品不長於1分鐘

 

Entries must be original

作品須為參賽者原創

 

Entries can have multiple composers, but please specify a person or one group name

作品可以有多位共同作者，但請指定一人或一團體名稱

 

Each entry requires an MP4 file, music sheet and lyrics

每件參賽作品都需要一個MP4文件，譜及歌詞

 

Once submitted, all entries will not be returned. The copyright of the work belongs to the creator.所有參賽作品一經遞交，概不發還，作品版權為創作人所有

 

SkyLink TV reserves the right to publish and publicize works for non-profit purposes.天下衛視有權將作品發表、出版及宣傳等非營利之用途.

SELECTION INSTRUCTION 評選說明

• Admission Quota: During the preliminary selection stage, a total of 20 candidates will be selected. 錄取名額：於初選階段，共錄取20首.  The first 20 selected songs will receive a $150.00 Gift Card. 。

• Scoring Criteria:評分標準：

• Primary selection: 30% of theme, 40% of structure and creativity, 30% of tune fluency. 初選：符合主題30%、結構與創意40%、曲調流暢度30% 

• Final selection: overall performance of 40% (arranging, singing, performance, orchestration, etc.), creativity of 30%, and rhyme of 30%.　   決選：整體表現40%(編曲、演唱、表演及配器等)、創意30%、聲韻30%。

• Selection Methods 評選方式

• Preliminary selection: The organizer invites music-related experts and music teachers to form a selection team. 初選：由主辦單位邀請音樂相關專家、音樂老師組成評選小組辦理。

• Final selection: In addition to the invitation team invited by the organizer, professional songwriters will be added.決選：除主辦單位邀請評審小組外，增加專業詞曲評選人。

AWARDS 獎項

• First 20 selected songs will receive CASH $150.00. 初選作品20名，頒發獎金現金$150.00。

   

      Prizes for Finalists 決選作品獎金：

 

• 3rd Place: CASH $ 500.00

• Runner-up: CASH $ 1,000.00 (winning are subject to taxable income 獲獎者應納稅所得額)

• 1st Place: CASH $ 1,500.00  (winning are subject to taxable income 獲獎者應納稅所得額)　

      Song might be used for promotional purposes.歌曲將被作為宣傳用途.

 

      Each applicant will receive a $10.00 Starbucks Gift Card. (first 200 applicants ONLY)

     凡參賽者皆可獲得$10.00 Starbucks禮卡.

JUDGING PROCESS 流程

1.  After the review and discussion by the professional judges, the selected song title and its original author will be announced. After contact the selected original author will receive CASH $ 500.00 / CASH $ 1,000.00 /CASH $ 1,500.00. Song might be used for promotional purposes. SkyLink TV reserves the right to change the selected song. 經專業評審團審查與討論後，公佈獲選歌曲名及其原作者，經接洽與雙方議和，獲選原作者將獲得CASH $ 500.00 / CASH $ 1,000.00 /CASH $ 1,500.00.。天下衛視保留與獲選作者之談判與獲選歌曲異動之權利。

 

2. The winning entries will be announced on April 1st in the SkyLink TV Prime Time News, and live performances will be arranged by SkyLink TV to be broadcasted (time and place will be announced separately). 獲獎之作品將於獲選作品名單將於4月1日在天下衛視晚間新聞當中公布，並將由天下衛視安排現場演出獲節目錄播演出（時間及地點將另行公佈）。

 

PLEASE NOTE 注意事項：

1. If the judging panel considers that the entries are not up to standard, SkyLink TV reserves the right to refuse admission. 若評審團認為參賽作品未達水準，天下衛視保留不予錄取的權利。

 

2.  Entries must not be plagiarized, or reproduced, nor infringing on copyrights of others, and must not have been published, and have no existing contractual relationship with any domestic or foreign record contract / broker contract / lyric copyright owner, etc. During the selection period, if the applicants are found to have violated the above matters, SkyLink TV reserves the right to cancel the qualifications and the applicants shall bear their own legal liabilities. 參賽作品不得有抄襲、剽竊、重製或其他違反法令、侵害他人權益或版權之情事，且須未曾發表，無與任何國內外唱片約／經紀約／詞曲版權所有人有現存合約關係，天下衛視於徵選期間或結束後，如發現參賽者違反以上事項，有權取消參賽資格，並由參賽者自負擔法律責任。
